i needed a very simple banner. I like my designer. He was very nice. He was fast and friendly but the communication was not ideal. I kept having to repeat things. lots of mistakes. seemed to take too many revisions. 1. asked for cool color tones and got reds 2. asked for kids pictures, and got a family 3. mis-spelling etc.
