The design quality was ok but communication was extremely poor. A two-day job took 14 to complete and I had to submit three separate disputes to get what I ordered. At one point I was even delivered files that belonged to a completely different company. Avoid.

I paid for a 24 hour gold service to have two designs for a banner with unlimited revisions from this seller. I only received one banner design and immediately asked for revisions to this and requested the second design that I paid for. The seller stopped communication with me, despite several attempts to get a response from him and the resolution center. The seller did not fullfil thier agreement and only produced one banner instead of two and did not action any revisions despite advertising the gold package with unlimited revisions. Very disappointing and fraudulent.

We messaged and asked for changes, which we had paid for and they didn't message us back and early completed the work. No, we didn't ask for loads of revisions. IT WAS OUR FIRST ONE.
